Furthernoise is currently migrating to another portal and is not accepting releases until early 2012. Watch this space for further news on when we will be accepting releases again.

Every month Furthernoise review and feature a wide spectrum of cross genre music and sound works from submissions sent to us. These can be live recordings including audio installations, independent CDRs and CD / vinyl label releases. Although we cannot guarantee your submission will be reviewed, we do listen to everything we receive.

It is our policy that all reviews contain selected mp3s of the featured works, which are also streamed from the sites audio player. This is governed by a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 2.0 UK: England & Wales License. By submitting material we assume your permission to use the work in this way. net label

Furthernoise regularly curates high quality mp3 compilations and individual releases of adventurous critical music & sound. Our current series Explorations in Sound is now in it's 4th edition, and has established a reputation for quality and innovation which has gained us international critical acclaim. Each release is free to download (artwork included) and features a diverse array of artists and groups who are pushing the boundaries of their genre, exploring new terrains that communicate via sound. All works are governed by the above Creative Commons license. We have an open submissions poilicy for these releases and invite curators and artists to submit ideas and material for future releases. Please submit proposals through the sites contact address or email roger [at] furthernoise [dot] org.
