Robert Boehm
Winduptoys started in 1997 as a side project for Robert Boehm (Bo from the band 'Clowns Smiling Backwards'), where he could explore his more instrumental / electronic leanings. A year or so later saw Jeremy C. Smith (Tugboat, The Fergs, Mississippi Barry, Killjoys.) joining him for live performances.
